Can I skip Monday?

Monday came with a mix of good and bad.

Bad? Book order delayed. Snickering. They didn’t just send me one message. Noooo...try 9. Mia was stalled for most of the day. Oh yes, and to round up my Monday I received a rejection.

Now the good. Um...well...somewhat good?

You all have probably noticed my progress bar for writing isn’t moving, but I think I know why. And thank you, Erin. She just happened to be in the right place with the right question. I owe you. Okay, Mia owes you. So yeah, things should start moving now.

Book order is now being shipped except for one book. One of my girl’s books, but she has three others being sent so you know...I don’t think the delay will be that heartbreaking.

The rejection I received was not on the partial I sent out. Yeah, it still stung but not as bad. And...cough...I should elaborate. I originally thought it was for the partial but the way it was worded, I had begun to believe that the partial request was (gulp)...a mistake. Went back, re-read it and realized different agencies.

And last but not least...Forward Motion is giving a workshop on Submission Packages. Yeah, you do need to be a member to join in the workshop, but you know membership and the class are free.
